Patrick was the DJ for our NYE wedding and he was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely responsive and very organized. He arranged a pre-event meeting to go over everything and had a wedding questionnaire/form that made planning so much easier. We have been to numerous events now where Pat has DJ’d. He knows how to read a room, play the right tunes and keeps the party bumping. Pat’s knowledge of all genres of music makes him well equipped to effectively entertain all ages. The last party I was at where he DJ’d he had a photobooth station (not an actual booth) set up and there was a steady stream of people capturing pics throughout the night that he shared with the hosts to distribute to the guests the next day. I will continue to recommend Pat to someone looking for a DJ for their event.

Music Matters Okanagan provided DJ + photobooth services for our office Christmas party this year and WOW, they were AMAZING!

From the very start, Pat was quick to respond, easy to communicate with and helped provide the direction we needed. He got us set up with KShawn as our DJ and everyone was soooo impressed! KShawn kept the dance floor rocking all night long! He was quick to play song requests and did a fantastic job of reading the room. It was my first time MC’ing an event like this and KShawn very graciously encouraged me along the way. He made the evening so easy and fun! Can’t forget the photobooth, it was such a big hit and the pictures are the talk of the office even weeks later! I would HIGHLY recommend Music Matters! My friend's wedding dj getting covid was probably the best thing that could have happened becaaue it led us to Music Matters! They were a personal referral from friends who used them at their wedding. Patrick and Kshawn were an absolute dream to work with! So accommodating, even with a last minute booking. They took care of literally everything so that we could focus on the day without worries. On top of being a dream to deal with, their talent on the tables is top knotch and really knew how to work the crowd. Definitely highly recommended these guys for any event! Patrick was an amazing DJ at our wedding.
We luckily got to have his presence as we booked rather last minute, and couldn’t have been more pleased.
He read the crowd and knew exactly what should be played.
The entire wedding went smoothly and we really appreciate all the effort Patrick put in!

Pat was by far the easiest part of our wedding planning process. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I’ve known Pat personally for a long time and it was very special for me to have him there. He was on time, organized, put us at ease during the planning and threw an incredible party. We had the best night of our lives and it is in large part due to the party and vibe that Pat created with our guests.  our dance floor was NEVER empty, and our guests could not stop talking about how much fun they had (and I’m sure we will hear about it for a long time).

We recently hired Patrick to DJ at our wedding and we could not be happier. From start to finish, Patrick was attentive and well organized. He provided a personalized website prior to the event for requests and “must plays”, in addition to offering a handy light MC service during our speeches. On our wedding day itself, Patrick flawlessly read the room and maximized the number of people on the dance floor by changing the music accordingly. He played a wide mix of genres, which resonated well with all of our guests.
